Our painted bamboo bead curtain depicting a lazy afternoon on a tropical beach with a palm tree and hammock is most commonly used as a beaded doorway divider that promote the tropical feel in your home by allowing a constant flow of fresh air while keeping flies out. 

Aside from simply hanging the curtain in a doorway you can also use it as a room divider, hang it on the wall behind the bed, or cover up storage areas. These functional art pieces are made of hundreds of small pieces of bamboo, called 'beads,' with each bead hand-painted 360 degrees, so that they look great from both sides and at any angle. 
This bamboo bead fly curtain has 135 strands. 'Strand count' indicates the number of bamboo bead strands from one side of the curtain to the other. Our competition may offer lower strand count at a lower price, but the details of the design will be compromised.    Measurements are 36" wide x 78" high (standard door size).
